I must confess that I have never prepared this version of Chicken Salad before, but how can one go wrong with a recipe that includes ingredients such as "red seedless grapes", "pecans", "bacon", "chopped cooked chicken", and "sour cream"! When I saw this recipe posted on the Southern Lady website, I immediately made a mental note to prepare it. "Foodie Friday" has given me the perfect opportunity to try it out sooner rather than later!
I promise to update with a "taste test" opinion...and some personal photos.
For now...enjoy...compliments of Southern Lady. And don't forget to visit other "Foodie Friday" posts at Designs by Gollum.
